			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I recently had the opportunity to visit the African country of Ethiopia. Some may think this country is a hopeless nation with limited potential. I was able to experience and really take in the beautiful side as well as the desolate. Ethiopia has ancient history rich with meaning and depth. The people are survivors and truly remarkable. We visited Lalibala and the ancient churches that were carved into the mountain side. The workmanship and authenticity was breath taking.</p>

We are arriving at economized finishes that are user friendly and product savvy. What exactly does this mean? Bearing down cost and increasing efficiency to utilize all product and service to its maximum. How is this done? Basically modifying what we know and making it better for less. This takes patience, knowledge, creativity and courage. Let&#8217;s take this challenge as opportunity to make even better what was before.</p>
